We are an independent bookkeeping company based in the Kingston area. We have an extensive list of clients and we are referred to business owners by several local CA firms as well as a CA firm based in Ottawa. We can provide you with their contact information to check references and work quality if you are interested in using our company for your bookkeeping needs.

We work closely with a chartered accountant who reviews our files on a regular basis, provides consulting advice to CCS bookkeeping as needed. Nothing is ever left to chance; if we are not 100% sure of the answer to a situation we consult with the CA to determine the best treatment. This added service and security for your business ensures the best possible tax advantage for you and that everything is accounted for according to GAAP.

We offer a full range of accounting services, from basic data entry to more complex issues such as year- end adjustments. We prepare T4's, T4 summaries; reconcile WSIB and HST accounts, work with CRA and your own accountant as required. We offer payroll services, full cycle bookkeeping from start to finish. We can set you up on an accounting program, work with your existing software, provide consulting if you have an in house accounting department, whatever your needs we can help! We have a lot of experience with customized accounting programs which are industry specific, such as software used for law firms and wireless companies, just to name a few.
